organizational and managerial work: 1995, 2000 – legal advisor of «Polaris» LLC

(Pavlograd city); 1998-1999 – Deputy Chairman of Zaporizhzhya Trade Union Committee

state university; 2005-2022 – teacher, associate professor, professor

Zaporizhzhia National University, performed the duties of a deputy

Head of the Department of Social Philosophy and Management (2007-2011),

Deputy Dean for Scientific Work of the Faculty of Sociology and Management

(2015-2017), head of the public administration master’s program (2008-2022); with

2016 – deputy head of the NGO «UC SOCSPROEKT», project coordination

«Involvement of youth in municipal planning» (2016-2017). Experience

scientific and pedagogical work — 17 years. Experience of cooperation, in particular in issues

prevention of corruption, with the National State Service of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia

regional training center. Member of the Organization

the committee for holding the II round of the annual All-Ukrainian competition «Best

civil servant» in the Zaporizhzhia region (2017-2018).


He has the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophical Sciences (2015), academic title

associate professor (2011). Expert in the field of power relations, political and legal

consciousness, ideology of state formation, democracy, human rights and freedoms.

Lawyer, state-creating ideologist.

Field of scientific interests: theory and ideology of state formation,

philosophy of public management and administration.

In his free time he likes to travel, do sports (hiking,

swimming), fond of literature, interested in ancient cultures.
